The fee for parking during normal business hours, Monday through Friday, is designated
by lot and is a monthly fee. Payments are non-refundable. The parking fee is automatically
charged to the debit or credit card on file on a monthly basis. If you elect
the Wage Works program for payment, your account will be credited for payment 1
day prior to the monthly due date. In this case, the debit or credit card
on file will not be automatically charged. Parking is effective on the sign
up date. A Parker cannot register in advance.
A late fee of $25.00 is charged for any form of non-payment by the first business
day of each month. At which time payment for the parking fee along with late
fee is due immediately. Vehicles are subject to immobilization, and or
towing at customer’s expense if any payment is not received by the fifth (5th) day
of the month. The monthly parking fee may increase or decrease
as rates change.
One identification tag is provided for a fee of $5.00 and must be placed above the
state inspection sticker inside the front windshield while the car is in the lot.
Lost or damaged tags will be replaced for an additional fee of $5.00.
The first month’s fees, and tag fee will be charged to the debit or credit card
on file upon sign-up.
Cancellations are effective at the end of each month.
It is the parker’s responsibility to cancel parking by the 25th of the month. Monthly
parking fees will not be prorated at termination.
No alcohol, beer or drug consumption allowed on the property.
Secure Parking is not responsible for any loss or damage to vehicle or its contents.
Rules and Regulations are subject to change.
Parking may not be allowed during any event occurring in or around
Center City.
Vehicles not parked in properly designated spaces, void of identification tag/sticker,
or in violation of any rule or regulation are subject to ticketing, immobilization
and or towing.
It is the customer's responsibility to update or change their information within
the Secure Parking user administration panel by logging in with email and password.
Failure to do so may result in ticketing, immobilization and or towing. Rules and
Regulations are subject to change without prior written notice.

Secure Parking is committed to ensuring the security of your personal
information.
All personal information obtained from your input to our web-site is used for the
sole purpose of conducting business with you. The access to this information
is restricted to only those persons responsible for processing and maintaining
Secure Parking billings, collections and essential company business.
Physical, electronic and procedural safeguards are in place to protect your information.
We will protect the quality and integrity of the information that identifies you.
We have implemented appropriate technical and organizational procedures as well
as good business practices to keep it secure.
Secure Parking will not trade, sell, or make public your personal
information except as specifically required by law, subpoena or other valid government
order. You will not receive unsolicited e-mail or postal mail as a result
of information you have provided Secure Parking.

Shipping
Your permanent Secure Parking tag will be sent to you via U.S. Mail within two working
days.
